Biggest problem with this park and ride is the terribly misleading. Signage has an app to download to pay for parking, yet it’s unclear that buying a bus ticket covers the car parking and this only becomes clear when you ask the bus driver or others waiting who know the system. We observed many confused people trying to work it out. Some paid for parking and bought bus tickets, to avoid the chance of fines, but this isn’t required. When people were confused waiting to work it out near the bus, the driver offered no help and elderly were just left there confused as the bus drove away. It’s a very sorry state to build, what could be a great system, and then leave it so unclear. We asked a young man and he advised us that the car park is free if you buy return bus fair to town, this was the only way we knew and when we asked to confirm on the bus the answer wasn’t clear either. The car park is good with plenty of spaces and seemed safe. Facilities were locked up, leaving only the machines and signs to download the app for parking and a bus stop to wait for the ride into town. Buses run every 15minutes and they’re double decker buses, so generally have enough seats to take the people waiting. The return equally ran well from Bath and we didn’t have to wait long. Check carefully if you want to get off or in before the city as their appears to be some limitations that we read in other reviews. Generally a good park and ride but signage is atrocious.

Great park & ride, fairly cheap. Good way to explore Bath, take in the sights etc, and not have to worry about where to park in the city, or be aware of the new city pollution laws.

Spacious parking with charging for electric vehicles just 10 mins away from Bath city center. However the sign for how to use and pay the park&ride are very unclear. We observed many people confused not knowing how to arrange parking and travel. The sign encourage you to download an app but that only covers parking. It turned out PARKING IS FREE IF YOU’RE USING THE BUS!. Return fares is £3.60 for one person and £5.40 for two and £12 for up to 5 people. Bus runs every 15 minutes. Last bus from bath is at 20:30 Monday to Saturday and 18:00 for Sunday

Very efficient P&R. Note, there are 2 stops. One of which takes around 30min into town, the other only 10min. Dog friendly. Frequent service and you don't need to pay for parking (got caught out at Stratford P&R). there are 2 or 3 different ones dotted around Unfortunately we selected the wrong one for the direction we were coming in from... so the satnav took us all the through bath to get there (quite annoyed as that meant we were taken in and back out of the clear air zone)..... luckily Bath is not as strict as some cities and it seems most charges are related to commercial vehicles, so we were exempt.

First time using this service, very easy to park, buses very regular.... about every 10/15 mins. Added bonus, bus free with pensioners pass! Journey to city centre, 10 mins. Recommended.

Very big car park. Busses going every 15 minutes and car park is free for bus users. Tickets for bus are about 3.50.

Very misleading. Makes it seem like you pay for parking and by doing so you get to use the bus. In fact, it’s the other way around - you DON’T pay for parking if you are using the bus (who parks here without using the bus, it’s a park and ride 😂). Also has paid for toilets, which I don’t mind, but then have a pay system that works (tried 4 different cards on two different toilets without success). Car park also very muddy and puddled, which you could forgive probably if anything else was any good

Easy to find without having to go near the clear air zone. Plenty of spaces Buses were waiting and departed promptly, the same with the return journey. So much easier and cheaper than finding a carpark in town.
